Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start the process, please email us at newleather001@gmail.com with your order number, product images, and a description of the issue.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange:
✔️ The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
✔️ All tags and labels must remain attached.
✔️ No alterations or modifications should be made by the customer.
✔️ Issues (wrong size, color, or product defect) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by product photos.
❌ Returns will not be accepted if:
- Tags are removed.
- The item shows signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
- You change your mind after purchase or ordered the wrong product accidentally.
- The 30-day return window has passed.
- The product is a custom or personalized order (non-refundable & non-exchangeable).
Damage or Defects
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos (including the product, collar tag, and packaging).
Our team will verify and process a replacement, refund, or exchange as per your preference.
Return Process

Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or product, we will send the replacement free of cost.
The customer is only responsible for the postage/shipping fee, which depends on the product’s weight and size.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method in 7 business days (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- We recommend using trackable courier services (FedEx, DHL, etc.) for returns.
