We want you to be delighted with your Exper Tus Leather purchase, and we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our return policy is designed to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Get yours now knowing returns are simple!

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased directly from Exper Tus Leather.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@expertusleather.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and any additional items that came with the product.

  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided, and be sure to include the RA number on the package.

Return Shipping Method:

  • How can customers return products? By mail or in-store.

  • How will customers get the return label? Download/Print.

  • What is the restocking fee? No fees.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Merchant Responsibility (We Pay): We will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to our error. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. The item being damaged upon arrival.
  2. Receiving the wrong item (different product or color than ordered).
  3. Any issue where the product is defective or not as described

  • Customer Responsibility (You Pay): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if the return is due to customer remorse. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Ordering the wrong size, color, or style.
  3. Any other reason not covered under Merchant Responsibility above.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@expertusleather.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used. We strongly suggest you take your measurements before placing an order. Follow the guide below to measure yourself

  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@expertusleather.com. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Damages & Issues: Please check your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
